We have an About Us page with some contact information: http://getsatisfaction.com/about

But, I see what you&#039;re getting at. Our idea has been that people with suggestions can start a new &quot;idea&quot; topic in the Get Satisfaction part of our site. That way, we can all have a conversation about it. But, we might not be making that clear. So, thanks. 

We usually identify topics by when they were asked. For example: asked five days ago, one hour ago, six months ago. Would you prefer it if it were exact dates and times?
