Attention companies: Whatcha want?
We’re working on our big suite of company tools right now. We’ve got a long list of things to build, and we’re prioritizing that list. Before we get too far into it, though, we’d like to hear what you’d like to see.
What kind of data do you want from our system? What’s valuable to you? What kind of numbers would you like to get out of Get Satisfaction? Aim high, and we’ll see if we can accomplish it.
Join Lane’s new topic and give us some feedback.

You know what would be valuable to me? Having a system that WORKED.
I’ve submitted the same post to the MyBlogLog.com forum you folks host, only to have it seemingly vanish into nothingness THREE TIMES. It would be fair to say, at this point, that as a user I am really annoyed.
What is going on? Are new users moderated, or are the posts simply lost? Those of us submitting problem reports are left to guess, and that simply is not acceptable.
Hi, Joe. It’s definitely a technical issue; we don’t moderate like that. So I’ll help you track that down! It might be an API implementation issue on their end, or it might be something going on on our side. What was the title of the post, and can you find it here on our site at http://getsatisfaction.com/ or does it not show up in either place?
You can also email me to get this figured out: lane-at-getsatisfaction-dot-com
Joseph,
Sorry to hear that you’ve had problems. When you say you that the posts are lost, can you not find them? If you can find them, would you point me to them? I’d like to help out in any way I can.
Just so you know, new users are not moderated, and new posts should not disappear. Let’s find out what is wrong and get this fixed ASAP.
The post does not show up anywhere. It seems to have simply evaporated. The title was “Sabotaged by the system” and the board was located at
http://www.mybloglog.com/gs/
which has your logo on it, implying that their board is powered by your system.
Yes, that is powered by our system. It is our Help Center, which MyBlogLog has set up to run on their server.
Joseph, I am trying to create a topic on that site right now, and I may be experiencing the same problem you had. Let me do some more testing and get back to you.
Thanks for reporting this to us. I’ll be in touch.
Joseph: I’ve created a new topic on Get Satisfaction. We’ll try to get to the bottom of this error. Here’s the problem, which you can follow to get updates, if you like: http://getsatisfaction.com/mybloglog/topics/cant_seem_to_post_from_mybloglog_help_center
