We’ve been hunkered down working on our site here at the Satisfactory for the last couple of months, but the Fall conference season is now upon us so we’re planning to get out a bit more. We’ve got a number of events we’ll be speaking at and/or attending over the coming months. Hope you can join us for some of them!
- d.construct, Brighton, UK, September 3. Lane, Leslie, and Thor will be giving a day-long workshop on “Managing Community, by Design.” Summing up what we’ve learned over the past two years about growing and tending a customer-centric community.
- American Express Internal Innovation Conference, New York, NY, September 9. Lane will be presenting on “Customer Service is the New Marketing.”
- Web 2.0 Expo New York, NY, September 17. Lane will be presenting on “Customer Service is the New Marketing.”
- Startonomics, San Francisco, CA, October 2. Thor will be presenting on “Customer Service is the New Marketing.”
- SOCAP Miami, FL, October 5-8. We’ll be hosting a breakfast or lunch to discuss the benefits of using Get Satisfaction.
- Defrag, Denver, CO, November 3-4. Thor and Lane will be presenting a revised version of their “Be Like the Internet” presentation, about alternative organizational structures that benefit from network-enabled ideas and technologies. Call it “Organization 2.0.” Update: Use the code “bday” to get $100 off (ends this Friday.)
