Big, Pretty New Home Page

Hot on the heels of releasing our new header, we’re at it again: making big leaps in design and development. We’re in full-on, get-it-done-mode this month at Get Satisfaction, and one of the things we’ve been working on is now live. It’s our new home page. It’s pretty. It has two buttons:

Button #1: “Customer”: You — customer who’s never seen this site before — now you can get a better overarching view of just what the heck Get Satisfaction is all about. Here is our explanation of how it works. Here is one of the awesome people who help out on our site answering questions for people (you’re the best, Alex!). Here are companies who get it, who use us, who are just waiting to hear from you, customer. So, get going. Participate. Start here.

Button #2: “Company”: You — company employee or owner — now you can find a more straightforward gateway to our pricing plans. Plus, we’ve retooled all of the marketing details. Here are testimonials, here’s a quick way to get started, either with a paid account or a free account. Here are FAQs, case studies, our Company-Customer Pact. You’re here to do business; this is how we do it. You need extra information about how the system is geared toward employees. Here is where you can find it.

Dig in a little deeper, and you’ll see that the supporting details are well-written (mad props and kudos to our copywriter) and all together prettier than previous incarnations of these forward-facing pages (nice job on those illustrations!).

We’re thrilled. We have some teensy details to change, which is the case with almost any redesign, but this is a big step for us. Onward and upward.
