Our third Webcast was fun stuff. Amy did a great job of pointing out the different kinds of archetypes that populate customer communities. You can watch it here if you’re interested.
Ready for one more? Next Wednesday we’ll wrap up our four-part Community Webcast Series with an interview: “How We Manage It: A Q&A Conversation with a Wildly Successful Community Manager” where we’ll be talking with Yola’s Community Support Manager, Monique. (You can check out their Get Satisfaction support community here.)
Give us questions
Got a question to ask in this Q&A? We have some, but we’d love to find out what you’d like to know. If you had the chance to sit down with a community manager who’s done a stellar job of growing and cultivating an engaged and enthusiastic customer community, what would you ask them? Shoot your questions to us, and we’ll use them. You can do that in a number of ways:
- In the comments section of this blog post
- Via Twitter — @satisfaction or @AmyGSFN
- Via email — info@getsatisfaction.com
We’ll be airing next Wednesday, May 6, at 10 a.m. on getsatisfaction.tv if you want to watch it live (it’ll be part live/part recorded content). If you’re watching live, be sure to join the conversation in the chatroom. Amy and I will be in there to chat with you and answer any additional questions you may have. As always, we’ll post the broadcast for viewing after the fact.
Want the underlying Keynote or PDF presentations for our first three Webcasts? They’re all available on SlideShare:
Webcast #1: The 10 Commandments of Community Management
Webcast #2: Reducing Support Costs by Turning to the Community
Webcast #3: Who Are the People in Your Neighborhood? Archetypes of Community Participation and How to Engage with Them
See you next Wednesday!

Hi,
I am wondering if the videos are available in a written form somehow. It looks like from the first one at least the speaker was reading a script – I am wondering if you could put it up somewhere? I’d much rather read than watch if possible. I am not really a visual learner and it is hard for me to absorb information that way.
Thanks!
PS Also, installing the “Subscribe to Comments” plugin would make this blog more conversation-friendly!
OOPS Never mind — I found the PDFs on SlideShare. Doh! Thanks! (Maybe make a more prominent link to them in the post?)
