Voting for the Crunchies ended last Wednesday and winners were announced Friday. And while Get Satisfaction won’t be bringing home a monkey trophy this year, we’re not crying ourselves to sleep over it. Why? Because we have something even more exciting to celebrate: our customers winning awards!
Kiddicare, the UK’s number one online retailer, has won yet another award (and the second in three months) referring to their customer service. For the Golden Chariot Award, Kiddicare was tested against 75 leading websites in the UK and the judges (who ordered and returned items to the website) tested the following: next day dispatch, rearrangement using the SMS system, delivery in the one hour slot, community topics and response, email response, automatic returns, and automatic refunds.
Out of 75 websites, Kiddicare came in first. The judges cited their Get Satisfaction community and SMS delivery solution as market leading technologies.
As if that wasn’t exciting enough, Texas.gov was recently nominated for the Statesman Texas Social Media Awards! Their nomination includes information about how Texas.gov uses Get Satisfaction as an interactive customer support tool and forum.
Taking home a trophy is great, but building a great product is just half the battle. What’s even more exciting is seeing your customers embrace your product and use it to achieve excellence. So, while the stylings of ELEW Rockjazz certainly cannot be matched, hearing that our customers are winning customer service awards is music to our ears.
