If you haven’t lately, take a look at the Get Satisfaction Community — you’ll notice some pretty exciting changes to the overall experience. Over the past few months, our product team and engineers have been busy re-imagining the entire community experience. The result is our brand new Community App.
The new product will be generally available the last week of October. At that time, new customers will automatically get the new product, and existing ones will see a notification in their Manage Workspace with a link to instructions for switching to the new app. But it’s been out in beta for some time now.
